The Center has been providing personal and professional development programs since 1983 for businesses and for the general public. Our training staff presents a wide variety of programs reflecting their diversity of experience and expertise. Our facilitators have training in organizational development and many traditional management techniques as well as the psychology of human development.
There are over 200 graduates of the Center's facilitator training program, The Professional Excellence Program. Many of them are qualified to teach most of the seminars on the topic lists. We would be honored to have the opportunity to offer a training program or speech for your organization.

The Center is proud to have a new location for our seminars near Miller Park in downtown Milwaukee, at the Orchard Ridge Complex:

About Our Facility
- Free parking and easy access
- 22x22' course room that seats 30 at tables or up to 50 theatre style
- 2 whiteboards
- Sound system (radio, tape, CD, 1/8" input [iPod, laptop, etc.], and great speakers!)
- Large adjacent kitchen facility with 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, coffeemakers, utensils, sink and dishwasher—we do not have ovens/ranges, and recommend bringing a cooler when attending large-group functions
- Tea, coffee and water are available
- A grocery store, fast food and other restaurants are within five minutes of the facility
We regret that our facility is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Lodging
The Center is not a residential facility. There are many hotels within 15 minutes of our facility that range from clean/reasonable to fancy/expensive. Sometimes participants stay with staff members or previous grads in the area. If you are coming from a distance to attend a weekend workshop please let us know your lodging preference we will help you arrange lodging, as well as transportation from the airport, train or bus station. We'll take good care of you!
